At DigiTribe we run a mix of online and in-person activities designed for neurodivergent children, young people and their families. Everything is flexible, inclusive and shaped by the young people themselves.
Online Clubs

- Mondays: Minecraft Minigames 6-7pm and Make Music Online 6-7pm
- Tuesdays: Minecraft Social (no Zoom) 6-7pm
- Wednesdays: Lego Club 5-6pm
- Thursdays: Minecraft Social with zoom 6-7pm
- Fridays: Roblox Club 6-7pm
- Sundays: Minecraft Education Social Club 7.30-9pm

Halesowen Hub (In-Person)
Who it’s for: Neurodivergent young people aged 7–18, including those who are home educated, out of school, or need smaller, supportive spaces.
What happens: Social clubs, creative workshops, and alternative provision placements. Activities include gaming, arts, music, coding, and life skills – all in a safe, youth-led space.
When & how to join: Weekly sessions during term time plus holiday activities. Families can register directly or schools/local authorities can commission places.
Costs & funding: A mix of subsidised and paid for drop in and pre booked sessions.
1-to-1 Mentoring in Gaming Sessions
1-to-1 Mentoring in Gaming Sessions
We offer 121 mentoring sessions with our trained youth workers and mentors. The sessions take place with or without Zoom to suit your child’s access preferences, in your child’s choice of online games.
Who it’s for: Young people who need personalised support, whether to build confidence, manage anxiety, or develop skills through gaming.
What happens: A youth worker plays alongside the young person in Minecraft, Roblox or another game, building trust, encouraging communication, and helping them achieve personal goals.
When & how to join: Arranged individually. Contact us to discuss a regular slot tailored to your child.
Costs & funding: We offer self funded, EOTAS and LA commissioned mentoring. We also offer LA funded mentoring as part of alternative provision.
For Families
Holiday Clubs
Who it’s for: Children aged 5–16, with a focus on SEND and neurodivergent families. Siblings are welcome.
What happens: Fun, inclusive holiday play sessions, themed camps, and creative activities. Gaming is combined with arts, sports, and family-friendly activities.
When & how to join: Run during school holiday periods. Booking essential.
Costs & funding: Many sessions are funded and free. Some paid for sessions may run – we’ll always make this clear.
Family Sessions
Inclusive Family Fun Club
Who it’s for: Families with neurodivergent children, siblings, and parents/carers.
What happens: Inclusive play sessions, sensory activities, and LAN gaming for families to enjoy together. Parent/carer wellbeing sessions and peer support also available.
When & how to join: Twice a month on Saturdays, plus one-off events. Booking in advance recommended.
Costs & funding: Fully funded and free to attend.
Free Data for Eligible Families
Who it’s for: Families struggling to afford internet access.
What happens: Through the National Databank scheme, we provide free SIM cards and mobile data to families who need support to stay connected.
When & how to join: Contact us to check eligibility and arrange collection from our hub.
Costs & funding: Free for eligible families.
Special Projects
Special Projects
Who it’s for: Young people interested in music, creative arts, or special themed projects.
What happens: Focused short-term projects such as Upbeatz (digital music production), esports event management, or creative arts residencies. These projects often include performances, showcases, or certificates.

Costs & funding: Sessions and courses are a mix of fully funded activities and paid for sessions.
